About Florida Montessori Partnerships

Growing Together

Started by our dedicated leaders in 2021, Florida Montessori Partnership works to support the Montessori community across the State of Florida through advocacy, research, and collaboration. We are constantly growing and learning, adapting to the needs of the Montessori community, and we invite you to learn more about how you can make an impact.

Our Committees

What We Do

Membership

This committee is responsible for member services and networking. It is also responsible for public and internal communication. It manages all channels of communication for the organization .

Education

This committee is responsible for spearheading, organizing and implementing robust professional development opportunities for interested administrators, teachers, staff, parents, and Montessori supporters in Florida.

Advocacy

This committee is responsible to the Board for proposing, prioritizing, and planning advocacy initiatives for FMP based on the results of monitoring FL and federal policy and regulations impacting the Montessori community.

Governance

This committee is responsible for oversight of the organization.  It addresses and adheres to organizational structure, bylaws, and mission.

Complete the Florida Montessori Census

The purpose of the Florida Montessori Census is to create a comprehensive list of Florida Montessori schools, programs, and organizations to support the Florida community regarding issues related to providing the best possible Montessori experiences. Having the largest number of Florida Census respondents possible is valuable in this process.

Please share the Florida Census link widely with your network. The Census takes approximately 20 minutes to complete – Thank you for taking time to participate!
